All client accounts are assigned an experienced senior account representative that handles account issues, marketing and plan rate negotiation with insurance providers on your behalf. Our account representatives are truly your advocates for quality service.

We also provide an attentive support staff that manages our call center, enrollment kits and supplies as well as client relations. The Customer Service Representative that is also assigned to your account is responsible for top service related issues such as claims service support issues, referral authorizations, eligibility and member issues.
