- The current SCS Employee Benefits Association Programs are developed and structured to fit the needs of the member district.
- Labor and management employees jointly control SCS Employee Benefits Association to assure the continued viability of the benefit programs offered.
- Participation with other employer groups’ schools that contain similar demographics and operating structure.
- The consultant and plan administrators are hired to develop, implement and monitor the benefit program the best fit the goals and objectives outline by the collective SCS Employee Benefits membership.
