SCSEBA Overview
SEBINS is now partnering with the Southern California Schools Employee Beneļ¬ts Association (SCSEBA) as their exclusive Kaiser Permanente Broker for their 80,000 member panel. SCSEBA is a not for profit school insurance pool organization that focuses on meeting the needs of member districts by maintaining stable rates, innovative products, programs and services provided by licensed brokers like SEBINS.

Southern California Schools Employee Benefits Association is one of the top five largest not-for-profit school joint powers authorities (JPA) in California and has over twenty-three years of service providing medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefit programs to public schools, regional occupational programs and community colleges.
The SCS Employee Benefits Association Board of Directors is comprised of one management and one labor representative of former school personnel and administrators from each member district. This provides an equal voice and equal vote in the JPA.
